Delivery within 2 to 4 working days for all orders placed before 11:00 a.m. , Sunday to Friday .
Free delivery from €70 of purchase – Delivery time 3 to 5 working days .

Please note: for orders over 4 kg (including coats and jackets), a €5 surcharge will be applied.
No customs fees apply for deliveries within the European Union.

🇩🇪 In Germany

Note: For packages over 4 kg (including jackets or coats), a €5 surcharge will be charged.
Customs fees and taxes are not included in the total price. These will be charged directly by the Swiss customs authorities.

RETURNS

📝 Return Policy

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of purchase.

💳 Refund terms

All returns must be made via La Poste , including those sent to a relay point. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , and the package must be shipped within 14 days of receipt . After this period, no returns can be processed.
The package must contain the original invoice or a copy , with your return request clearly indicated.
Refunds will be made in the form of bank refunds or credit notes .

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Be in their original packaging
Unworn and unwashed
Tags intact and attached
No stains, hair, odors or signs of wear
For lingerie and swimwear: hygiene seal intact

❗ Right of refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. The cost of returning the non-compliant package will be borne by the customer.
